Talking with the curator Jim Grimes, 

we agreed that part of the rapid success 

of this market is actually to be 

"the way it is" of a market, 

with real farmers selling GOOD products, 

and NO, people don't yell as they do in Napoli or Roma, but... 

YES, they certainly have the same passion.
