Sydney-Roma straight to OSTERIA

HOW COULD I SURVIVE NEARLY 2 YEARS WITHOUT CREMA CATALANA???? 

Crema catalana (Catalan 'Catalan cream'), crema cremada (Catalan 'Burnt cream') or crema de Sant Josep, is a Catalan dish similar to crème brûlée. It is traditionally served on Saint Joseph's Day, March 19, although nowadays it is consumed at all times of year. The custard is flavored with lemon or orange zest, and cinnamon. The sugar in crema catalana is traditionally caramelized under an iron broiler, never with a flame.

Vinyl Exhibition

My friend Soyoun took me to the Hardware Gallery's annual celebration of 

art, music and the vinyl record : 

Vinyl Exhibition. 

As they say in their website 

"2011 is the biggest year so far, 

with 180 artworks in the exhibition and over 

50 more showing across the road at Plump Gallery. Artists from every state in Australia and right across the globe have heard the call 

and embraced the vinyl". 

I'd suggest you to go and BUY a vinyl, 

you could have great pieces, for a reasonable price.
